PassEtoutgrains

Say what now?! No, it isn’t the sound of a sneeze. This red blend is inspired by Bourgogne Passe-tout-grains, which are traditionally a blend of Gamay noir, Pinot noir, and other grapes grown in the region. They rarely make it to us in the United States.

Our Passetoutgrains is a blend of 60% Pinot noir, 30% Gamay noir, and 10% Pinot gris. All estate-grown fruit from Wade Vineyard.
